I need to start mapping out my vacation days from work soon for next year. Just wanted a rough estimate of how many R's are comin? Saw the thread showing the teaser video last night and I can't wait to go!
too far for me. from here to philly and back, I had to fill up 4 times. gas alone would cost me $1000 one way to AZ. unless I could get that resolved I dont plan on going.

$1000???
$1000???
From Northern NJ as well ..... Driving would be fun if I had two weeks off from work, didn't have a daughter, and weren't married.
If there were some other way of transporting the R, I would do it. Plus the in-laws live 20 minutes away from the track in AZ so I have a place to stay. The wife is excited because its an excuse to see her parents.
It doesn't look good sof ar ..... alot of Jersey folks don't want to do the drive. I got a quote for $800 to transport the car one way but there is no guarantee when it'll get there. I'll have my wife do more research.

now, nearly a year later, I'm findong myself back on H-T looking through the classifieds for a decently priced R.
If I find one, I'm there.

wanna caravan fagg? Just crash at my place again :fizzle:
Drove FL to NC to CA and it was 175.00 in gas each way. That's 3100 miles each way. Expo 4 is only 2200

I'm thinking about it, A good road trip is fun now and then. Or get it shipped out there and drive it back..I checked out Mapquest.com and it said that it takes 40 hours and is 2469 miles away. I bet I could do it in 30
I did Chicago in under 12
