Just Wondering hows the service at BODYKITS NW and are they legit????

 

andy from bknw is a great guy to deal with,and his hoods are top notch. service is great,product is great.

 

I think it kinda depends on what youre getting. He is legit Ill give him that much. But what I must say unfortunately, is I had a very poor customer service issue with him. Everybody I have talked to always had nothing but good things to say about him, but my personal experience was not so good. Delayed, or no response to emails, very vauge ETAs on shipping and when I would recieve product. Charged my card 1 month before I even recieved the product. Just things I have never had to deal with before and things I dont think are typical. Personally, I will not give business to them in the future. The price was good, but I would have rather paid the extra 10-15 bucks at a competitor that shipped promptly, and gave clearer answers.

I am one who had a pleasant experience with Andy. Hood fitment is great (for a CF hood), service is great, shipping is OK.

 

ill let you know after my second hood from him arives.

 

he's a nice guy...... i never actually got my hood from him (cuz it took too long and I was unpatient). but he was very knowledgable about his hoods and had very good customer service..... just call him and u'll see.... also when i was dealing with him, his company was VERY new..... at least that area or something... i forget.... anyway... i eventually asked for a refund (which was given).......

he does tend to give bad ETA's though..... kept telling me my hood will be done in a week or 2.... after 2 months..... that got sorta tired......
