they are sleeves over really..not a true coilover.

I heard they are okay/good on civic but i never have experience with it on accord..
2 bill sounds pretty good to me

if they are brand new that is a really good deal. I have them on my 97 and they are pretty nice.

your ride will be very bouncy and stiff. you may like that, but it would get very annoying. like iam7head said, they are good for integras and civics, but thats b/c they are a lighter car. with an accord, you have a heavier body which will cause the ride to be much bouncier and annoying. i'd save for a better set up, but thats a pretty good buy if you really want them.

my ride isn't bouncy and harsh. It depends on what kind of shocks you have. Unless you actually have them don't assume that they are bad.

My friend has them on his 5th gen sedan. Its boucy as hell on the stock shocks but when he got koni yellows it rode a hell of a lot smoother. Not quite a stock ride though.

$200 is a good deal if they are brand new. I have them on my 00' Accord with stock shocks. The ride can get pretty bouncy on bad roads. On the freeway the ride is pretty smooth. I would definately upgrade shocks if you are getting Skunk2. I have been meaning to upgrade to Koni Yellows, still saving up.
