I am thinking of going one of 2 ways with my integra tell me what you think of either.
setup 1:
Endyn 12.3:1 84.5mm pistons(all work that goes with it sleeved ext...)
toda spec B's
Toda valve train
Topspeed ported and polished head
Hi-Tech header & exhaust (will wait the 5 months)
toda cam gears
Hondata stage 4
Iceman short intake, and comptech icebox
J & S safegaurd
370 cc rc injectors
Setup 2
Endyn 81.5mm 12:1
toda spec A's
portflow inners
ported JDM 4-1 header
iceman short intake, comptech ice box
hondata stage 4

Like that high compression huh? He should be puttin down 200+ to the wheels with setup 2. easy. You'll be sure to put down 220 for sure with a torque of around 150-160 with set up 1. That'll move ya! Good Luck

ditch the Iceman thing and just get the Comptech "icebox." It fits well, I'm happy with mine, it feels good, and the "icebox" is all you need if you just want performance and not looks too.
Hi-tech was my second choice after my Spoon header...
The rest is up to others and their opinions, I can only comment on what I've got.
The ECU upgrade seems to be aq great choice especially after talking to the guy I had install my header today. He claims at least 10 to 15 HP gain with a ODB swap.
Good luck,
A.

Definitely go with setup 1. You'll thank me later. You'll be spanking everybody and always drive with a smile on your face. You may want to go with a final drive to get even more acceleration.
For more hp go with JUN stage 3 cams. An alternative to the Hitech header which would also save ya some bucks would be the SMS header.

Instead of Spec B valvetrain, go with the Spec C Valvetrain...get Toda Pistons, Toda Header, Mugen Air Box, Apex'i Power FC (Hondata is better for F/I setups), 440cc injectors, Spoon N1 Rear Section and straight pipe...
I personally like setup #2, but with the topspeed p/p head. I would like to do that, but with stock pistons & maybe 15thou off the head. Good luck with your decision.
