You know on the back of the bumper is 2 outlines on each side, one says Bosch, one says Stanley. Thats what I followed to cut my bumper and it worked fine. Use a dremel.

bryant sorry man ive been laggin on the pics, ill have em as soon as i can. the bumper is supposed to be cut kinda like a square on the bottom portion of the opening also. do you remember the ff-squad crx, do you remember it having a squarish looking cut at the bottom, it must of had the foglights before.

from what i can see in this image (previuos markings). it looks like the bracket has the holes lined up for where the 2 bolts are for the bumper support. you know how you remove the bumper by the 4 bolts (2 on ea. side) behind the bumper signal light? i believe they mount there and then the top of the bracket is like a brace to the actual support. i may be wrong but it looks awfully close to that.

Not really. I cut the holes. But I have no brackets to mount the fogs. Plus I have very little time now with school to fab up something. But here they are just sat inside the bumper...

i remember having to bend the top ear accordingly on the brackets. hth. i think i might have used the si-r square metal that the bumper attaches to.

Here's a few pics that should help you out.
Sorry about the large size....

My USDM brackets look nothing like those JDM brackets you have.

And are simple compared to those JDM jobs.

Take a look.

And my brackets attach to the light on the back, just like the first pic I posted, not on the top like you have yours set up.

Will have some JDM fogs up for grabs soon, with the switch as well. Over in the UK, good offers or its ebay time.

just by looking at your pics i would say that your brackets are upside down... The restier part of the bracket should be on the bumper support... There are 2 holes side by side on the back of the bumper support where it should bolt... Like someone else said, you might have to bend the bracket down a bit to get it all lined up...

Well, you have to remember that the JDM SiR bumper has a different angle in the bottom fog light openings than the USDM bumper. The US bumper is more angled forward than anything. Bryant, I'll take my bumper off and show you how they are mounted so you can make a template for yourself. I'm actually thinking of keeping them now. I just have to wire up a relay to handle the wattage of the bulb I put in them. Stay tuned!

How is that possible since all the bolts are behind the bumper.

nope, they bolt on when the bumper lights are off. You cant remove the bumper without taking the fogs off.
