Default zc to si problem

the cars a 90dx crx and i had swaped in a zc but things went bad and we put in a si motor we swaped the turbo off the zc and went to start the car but now it doesnt run right it has NO power and a really rough idle when not running it throws code 4 but as soon as its started code 4 goes away but 3 and 7 start please help

could it be the timing??? would that mess up the throttle and crank angle sensors??

firing order? check to see if all ur cylinders are firing by pulling injector plugs. if idle doesnt change when you pull a plug youll know that cyl isnt firing
