Default black trim or color-matched trim?

Do you guys like the black plastic "trim" that surrounds the CRX's lower portion in black, or do you think it would look better color matched? My car is red, and it needs a new paint job, so I was wondering if I should paint it or keep it black...

Does anyone have any pics of a CRX w/ painted trim?

I searched but found no results.. thanks

Alex

I think they look good with the black on the bottom if your using darker wheels. It blends better.

You should photochop painted moldings, but not lower portion too, It would be greatly appreciated. What about in yellow?

Im trying to weigh out my options too on my Y-49 CRX.

By the way: your car looks super clean, Nice ride!

How 'bout a non-photoshopped pic of my car with painted moldings and not painted lower trim?

See if that helps.

Tight *** cars, did you have to have any 1/4 panel repairs done also, or where your cars solid?

i like the black trim, both upper and lower. it shows that there is more dimention to the car's body lines. however leaving one part (either upper or lower) wouldn't bee too bad either..but i would keep all the black trim as is.. thats me

I def vote for the black trim. Especially if you have dark rims. It just flows more with the car. Only red though, I think if i had any other color i would want a WW kit and make it all one color.
