is that the rear mount.. i know the rear mount on auto's and manuals are different. perhaps thats an auto trans mount

edit: you said upper tranny mount.. unless its the same thing, i dont know

ok, i just checked on my car. the two small holes that are across from each other on top of the mount, well integras, the two small holes are diagonal to each other. it looks like the mount, but the bolt holes are places differently in that mount you have

Looks like a type-r exhaust hanger to me. The driver side of the b-pipe if my memory serves me...
