Default Muffler pipe size

ok, i know it is 2.5" the diameter on the piping for a performance exhaust piping, if not going turbo, but the question is this:

At work, there is a shop where they bend and weld pipes for the different projects at these chemical plants. I talked to this guy who works there and he said he can bend the piping to fit my prelude, but the problem is what type of pipes and what should i do to it, like paint it to prevent rust and corrosion at an early age after install, or something? Another thing is, the muffler, because if i buy the piping at the local muffler shop, what muffler should i buy? I wanted the rs-r exmag exhaust, but i doubt the muffler being sold by anyone out there, also the apexi-ws, but i also doubt the muffler being sold in any way by itself.

My signature tells you what my car is running and it will be running a JRSC mid summer next year.

Thanks a lot.

i did my search, but nothing relating to this.

Later.

kteller8 sells 2.25, 2.5, & 3" Custom Mandrel Bent Exhaust so all you have to do is get the peices welded together at your local shop, you can get a muffler off ebay or check the classifieds here.
