Default Part # for Greddy O2?

I have a hole in the outer shell of my O2 sensor. First is this fixable? If not is there a cheap replacement other than getting it from Greddy, say a civic or integra 4 wire sensor.

You can try to find a universal one and splice into your old O2's harness.

Isn't the greddy just a regular narrowband 4-wire sensor?
