Default People running a JRSC

How are you guys dealing with the temperature of the sc??? ie; water injection, aftercooler, nitrous. Any input would be helpful. I tried searching for it and only came up with 2 threads on water injection.

Per Endyn (theoldone.com) a roots blower doesn't produce enough heat to worry about intercooling/aftercooling. Who knows, I sold mine

I'm still running mine without any cooling means, but I do have an alcohol injection system that I will be running as soon as I install it, and as soon as I quit being lazy....

The M62 blower at 6psi has a discharge temperature of around 180deg. Bump it to around 10psi and you in the 250-260 deg mark. That's why you don't see many high HP JRSC cars without N02.

We have been working with many designs of intercoolers, even our first ( Crude) designs dropped the temperature , this in turn made more room for timming and fuel, which tranlates to HP.
Our latest design has been excelent, My personel vehicle has been the test bed for many types. My last visit to the dyno with ambiant temperture water gained 28WHP and 25TQ, at the same boost.

The supercharger when set up correctly makes for alot of reliable fun.
Check my Sig.

I'm running ~10 psi on my M62 ("9 psi" pulley, see boost levels 10-11 psi), and I have never seen temps as high as 250. During the hottest summer days this year I did see temps as high as 205.

I have many ways of measuring temperatures, I have so much data on this.
If you measure with an accurate guage ( Not factory Joke temp sensor) at the port you will see at least 240deg at 10psi. I see it all the time.

I have been working 7 days a week , I still don't have time. With Nopi and building intercoolers Ther is not enough hours in the day.
I have many people waiting on them , As soon as I catch up , it's next on the list.
