How much can a B18C1 be safely bored?
Have either of you ever rebuilt a Honda engine? Have you ever even taken one apart? You can safely goto 1mm over bore. Anything more than that and you'll have to resleeve the block.
I've had several apart, but I'm worried that 1mm over would be too much for a force inducted application. What do you think?

.25 is the common overbore, hence factory pistons come in standard or .25 over. Having looked at a few blocks, I assume that you could bore it to 1mm over but w/ the open deck design of hondas you are going to compromise cylinder wall stability for very little improvement in displacement & power.
i wouldnt go over 81.5mm with stock sleeves... its pushing it... why not just resleeve the block... its worth it...
as for if i have ever taken apart or put together a motor... i take apart motors almost every week and i help rebuild them (dont trust myself completely on the rebuilds yet)

describe the process of "resleeving" = what is actually happening here...???
And what benefits can this process get you?
Heck, what benefits does boring the block get you?
(Sorry...confused concepts in my head...)
