what gap and what plugs should i use

Default what gap and what plugs should i use

i have a integra ls running 6lbs of boost, what gap should i set the plugs at, the factory is .044 but that seems a little big for the turbo setup and also what kind should i get. i have NGK Rs in there now at the factory gap.

gap it to .032

What about ZFR7F-11's?

Couldn't crossreference that part #.... (BCPRE7)

Its bcpr7es-11, Stan was just being lazy I got them @ nappa the other day in stock for $1.89 a piece

Thanks Seems like the differences between the two (bcpr7es-11 and ZFR7F-11)are the resistor, V-groove and the extended tip on the ZFR....

I guess the next question is have people found the bcpr7es-11 to be a better plug for certain applications?

the BCPR7ES and the BCPR7ES-11 is the same plug, the plain is pregapped to .030 ish, the -11 is pregapped .036 ish

just get whichever and gap them to .032

i use the bkr7e-11 .030 at 8 psi no detonation i think

I'm curious as well about the difference in these plugs. I'm currently using the bcp's. The bcp's, zfr's and bkr's are all in the 7 heat range, but what is the difference? Is one in particular more resistant to detonation?
