Default 10k to spend on new daily driver

As the title says, i am looking for a new daily driver. Stock is prefered but i am willing to buy anything (as long as it has been properly modded). School starts in 1.5 weeks so i need to find something soon. I am looking for something that is low mileage because going to school and back, i will be putting on 60+ miles a day.

i'm not real sure about the want for something like this, so i'm testing the waters.

it's a 94 Si with a couple of mods

JDM H22A
freshly rebuilt h23a1 tranny with an S 5th gear set
dc ceramic coated header
intake and a nifty filter
ACT heavy duty-street/strip clutch
dual tip DTM exhaust
h&r sport springs
brembo crossdrilled and slotted rotors
JDM black housing 1 piece headlights
JDM dohc f series SiR accord distributor
viper 300 alarm
USDM p28 ecu
dark tinted windows

new shift cables
new brake pads
new cap and rotor
completely rebuilt transmission
new drivers side wheel bearing

the exterior is alright i suppose, it could use a fresh coat of paint, or you could take care of it with a carbon fiber hood and trunk lid. the sunroof has the signature rust of course, but none of it has actually surfaced.

the interior is immaculate as far as seat wear and panels go. the carpet is worn from my clutch foot, and the back seat floor board carpet is worn. the headliner could use being replaced because of some little tears above the passenger door, nothing serious.

the car itself has 147,2xx miles on it, but the engine has 44,2xxx on it assuming it had the maximum of 30k miles on it when imported, so if not that much, then less. the valve cover itself could use a repainting or stripping or whatever you choose, i'm actually thinking about painting the wheels and valve cover gunmetal or steel grey sometime soon when i'm bored.

asking price has gone from 9,500 to 8,500.
