another rsx dynoed
my manger got his dynoed at 174 to the wheels when the motor was cold bout 4 more runs on the dyno it dropped from 174 to 169 to 164 to 154 we think it was cause the intake we made for it out of our injen intakes that we had in stock we think the reason for it dropping horses is because the intake filter was sitting right next to the headers sucking hot air as soon as the car warms up thats why the numbers kept dropping more and more each time so where going to put the stock intake back on then dyno again
These numbers are actually believable. 174whp is what I would expect for peak whp. I'm guessing the Injen wasn't a CAI, right? The S2000 is really sensitive to heat also. The ECU retards timing quickly for heat and the hp drops.

I dont get it why not just dyno it stock?? what a waste of time on your part 1st dyno a base line run to know what your working with next add mods to see if it does anything different
