Bought this part and cannot figure out how to install it. The PDF file on their site is not very clear on how to install this into a Honda.

MSD product installation manuals are crap. I bought an MSD shift light for $75 & followed the instructions to install it....NOthing worked. Nothing worked cause (3) resistors all because the wiring diagram is crap!

I would have someone that knows how to do it...do it for you. I wouldn't risk doing it on your own if you are not sure what to do.

 

It seems that only the coil + and - wires need to be taped into for this product to work,

http://www.msdignition.com/pdf/pdf23.pdf if you look at the distributor in the link there is c- and c+ wires. i assume this means coil negative and coil positive. are these the only wires that i need to tap into?

on page 6 is late modle dodge ignition, i was told this is like a honda ignition and to look at this diagram, you can see that the red and green wires tap into the origintal coil wires. it seems that this is all i need to do to add the rev control?

is this correct for a honda ignition system, anyone else ever install this product on there stock honda ignition.

any help would be apreciated as i need this installed before the weekend. thanks
