Hmm, I searched and couldn't find anything on this topic, I was a bit surprised..
When I roll up my driver's side window, at the top of the door frame, it'll rub slightly with the inner part then push out. The dealer replaced the entire top part of my door, the window motor, everything, and nothing worked. They even had a body shop look at the structure. Now, the window it self hasn't been replaced, and thats the only thing left to do. Do any of you guys have this problem? I'm worried it might get worse, and my warranty is almost up. My dealer is REALLY good, hell they got me a free clutch, pressure plate, and throwout bearing, and I really don't want to make them order me a window and have it not solve the problem. After all, windows can't warp! Can they?
Also, my damn passenger window is slow as hell. They replaced my driver's side when it started getting slow under warranty, maybe I can convince them to do the passenger side too. I'm sure everyone has this problem..
While I'm at it, do your door hinges creak, especially after a wash?

Can you describe the problem better, or take pictures?
If the window is slow, it might be the rubber channel guides like Bbasso said. I replaced all of them on my ITR and it helped a lot.

It was all changed. All rubber the window makes contact was changed, its not slow, (driver's side) it bows in a bit too much. Lets say this, everything the window touches was changed.
Meh, nevermind, it seems like no one has had this problem...

Yes, glass can warp. It's not common, but it can. I'd replace the window. I assume you also replaced and adjusted the metal holders that the rubber window guides go into? If you replaced everything else, this is the only way I can see that this problem would happen, unless the door shell itself is damaged.
The door being damaged could include the tabs that the window guides bolt to being bent. Has that door ever been thrashed (e.g. slammed, pulled fully shut from partially shut from the inside, etc.).

if the problem is what i think you have, your weather strip and your "window channel" are dried out. last i remember, yoshi234 and/or aoigsr made a post about this.
they took their car(s) to the dealer and they sprayed the edges of the rubber weather strip (the portions that make contact with the top edge of your window) and the window channel (notice at the back end of the door a small "channel" that guides the window) with silicone grease. since reading the post, i've been doing that and my windows work like new.
hope this helps.

If you do this, be careful what type of grease you use. I did this with white lithium grease and after a couple days it started to dry out and actually contributed to the problem. I ended up having to replace all the rubber. Hopefully the silicone grease will hold up better.
I have the same problem on my 2001 ITR. The driverside window rubs at the top and sometimes it rubs so hard that it stops about 1/4" before it is supposed to. The passenger side goes up really slow but goes down the same speed. I have tried silicon spray, but it is only a temporary fix. I am going to try that weather stripping in my door that has fallen out.
I had the problem where the window went up 90% and then stopped.
Took it to the dealer they looked at everything then determined it was the rail/window channel. The mechanic said they put WD40 on it solved the problem.
That was about a month back, no problems since then.

i work at a honda dealership and thats a common problem its most likely the way the the window bolts on the window regulator. loosen up the 2 10mm bolts that hold the glass and then roll down the window just a kunt hair then up again then tightin up the bolts and see how that helps. as for the slow pass side bring up the problem to the dealership and put it on paper that it is a problem and if it happens again after warranty they can goodwill the repair under warranty.! hope it helps.!

do you realize how difficult it is to warp tempered glass?

I'm assuming this fixed it.
All those telling me to lubricate it b/c it dried out, everything was chagned at once. It was so damn greasy I didn't touch it to shut my door.
