I would get Tein if you are not WELL versed in suspenion tuning.
I think a combo of GC coilovers and either Koni Yellows or KYB AGX shocks.
With Tein...if you don't adjust them correctly you will actually make your car handle worse.
Do you track your car at all or is this for street use??

I have neuspeed sport springs and koni yellow shocks along with my tanabe f/r underbraces and spoon f/r upper strut tower bars. I really like the setup I have and I'd highly recommend it.

IMO, if you're just starting to race, you're much better off getting a good understanding of the basics of suspension tuning. Otherwise, how would you know what you're buying and putting on the car is right for you? I suggest some light reading
like Fred Puhn's How To Make Your Car Handle or Carroll Smith's Tune To Win. And during the learning curve, take the car out as is and develop as a driver.
