This is really easy.

Materials:
Testors "Transparent Candy Apple Red" Spray Paint - 1 Can

DIY:
-Remove tail lights from car.
-Tape off clear reverse light sctions.
-Spray 3-5 coats of paint.
-Let dry.
-Put lights back on.
-Marvel at your $150-$200 looking taillights.

yah, i did the same thing, almost completely faded after 6 months and my taillights are all yellowish now. i'm thinkin bout doin them again since i cant get the tailights clean now, would a clear coat be a good idea perhaps?

or you could just buy red clears and not look cheap

I did mine 2 years ago and I just got my jdm tails so I took off the oem. all red with clear reverse. THEY NEVER FADED and my car sat outside at shows for NUMEROUS hours. You just gotta do a clean job and get the good ****!

wow....lol

Try driving your car daily in all elements of weather.....not just "shows"....they'll fade
