I just bought a 94+ console to put in my 92 si (It's the one where the handle is really close to the driver's seat). And if someone would be so kind as to take off your console and take a pic of where the bolts go for your e-brake handle, it would be greatly appreciated. This way I'll know where to drill the holes to mount the new handle.

so, is the 94+ ebrake conversion really a bitch? it looks hella clean (as does a lot of things about the 94+ interior) but i heard there is some cutting involved.

From what I can tell, I'm gonna have to cut some of the carpet, drill new holes to bolt the e-brake handle down. As I come across more stuff I'll let you know. But as of now, that looks like all that has to be done. I'll do a pic intensive write-up as I install it.

 

I wanna do that conversion too, maybe take a some pics if you can of the process.
