Default Honda cams vs. JUN cams

I'm having trouble deciding what I should do inside of my H22. I have had it planned out to buy just the prelude type-s cams, but I have come up on JUN cams, JUN valve springs, and JUN retainers. I've heard different opinions from my friends, (mostly b-series owners), that would lead me to believe that one is better than the other, but all opinions are different. Does anyone have an answer to what would be the most preactical and/or makes more power? Or even dyno results comparing the two?
