valves need adjustment
when i start the car up for the 1st time,(cold) and i rev the engine it sound like tapping/gargling sounds. sounds like valve adjustment time?? any one know how much it goes for at a local shop? would i be able to do it myself? thanks for the help

unless you are a complete idiot with tools you can DIY. heres a good link on how to do it on a B series but your motor is easier than that since it's SOHC

The adjustment screws in the head of the F22 are like right in your face. In the illustration of the B, they're hidden, but you don't need all the whoopla. All you need is a screwdriver, a the socket to turn the motor.
