New Jet-Hot header and heat shield smoking! Is that okay?
My new JDm 4-1 header with Jet-Hot coating and heat shield are smoking. Like smells like burning. Maybe the paint warming up for the first time??
Is this normal??

not sure about the Jet-Hot, but after i put on my Spoon header for the first time it was smoking for about five minutes. After that, when everything was heated up nicely it stopped.
