Help identifying parts for a Mini-me, ECU and Head.
I found a car at the junk yard that has a D16Z6 and a P28 ECU (#37820 P28 L51D), the car is automatic and the valve cover does not say VTEC, I saw the VTEC solenoid, I can't tell what model the Civic is but it has power windows.
Would this head work for a MINI-ME can I use the ECU as well or does it have to be a Manual ECU?
Thanks

You can use the head, but I'm not too sure on the ecu. You could just grab the ecu, sell it, and use the money towards a manual P28 ecu. BTW, the car is probably an EX.
it is pretty easy to convert the ecu to maunual if you so desire. I will do it for you or give you instructions if you want them

I think all you have to do is trick it into thinking the selector is in N the whole time. one of my buddies with a WRX swapped out his auto for a 5mt, and that's all he had to do. if it thinks the selector is in N, it'll let you start up and drive just fine.
