I can't make a decision on suspension

Here is what I am looking for - a real coilover setup with at least damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together) but am leaning to the tein type rs damper with separate compression and rebound adjustment (16 levels X 16 levels).

I am looking to spend anywhere from 800 to 2300.

The problem I am encountering is that I can't seem to find a comparison between different brands.
::sigh:: Maybe they are all similar.

BTW, who is a reputable dealer?
