Default will pulleys help lower my time at the track?

i already have i,h,e, and i'm trying to lower my time at the track. what do u guys think?

my cheap-*** car came without ac, but it does have powersteering.

Won't do much. The crank pully is the one that makes the most difference

try a hiflow cat or a test pipe if you dont already have one.
