I was thinking of getting the a 16*7 wheels with a 42 or 45 mm offset. Can I fit a 215/40/16 tire on the hatch. Or even a 215/45/16 in there. I'm going to lower eventually in a month probably with H&R and Koni yellow.

 

....I like the idea of the 45 offset better than the 42....I'm running 40 and I hate'em.

HOw low are you and how low do you plan?

BTW, 205/50/15s and 40 off set = rub in corners with a 2 inch drop.

 

Anyone else know if 215/55/16 will fit in my ek hatch. I'm going to lower on H&R springs also soon with koni yellow shocks

 

they will fit...my friend is rolling on those tires...i think he has some rubbing issues though

Uhm.... no. I'm running 205/55/15, and that's really about as big as you'd want to go.

 

I'm probably going to go 205/45/16. Don't want to have any rubbing issues. I'm also going for the teins ss damper coilovers.
