when i press the power window to go down the front end of the window doesn't go anywhere it get jam so the whole window shifts forward

 

i say grap a helms if u got one open up the door panel and check the track that the windows goes on maybe its off by a small amount.

that sounds like what happened to me ('93 4 door)... for me, everytime I pressed the button to make the window go down, the window would jam and the front part would only go down, causing it to rotate clockwise (drivers side). There are two points where the window regulator attaches to the actual window and it turns out that the rear one came off.
The window regulator is screwed onto this plastic piece that is glued onto the window. For me, the glue gave way, so I bought some silicone glue and reglued that plastic piece back onto the window. hope it helps~!
