Default Anyone know how to fix this?

I have EG civic cx and I swap in a 99Si motor. I'm using a the cx harness and obd1 dist. from a GSR and a P28 ecu I even tried using the P72 GSR ecu, but the car won't start. I check for spark, all the ground and fuel eveything check out good. After putting in the obd1 dist. I tried to start the car but it won't start it throw the timing off. I tried using my friends obd1 dist. from his GSR it does the same thing. Can someone tell me what wrong and how to fix this? thanks guys

It sounds like the ECU might be bad.

recheck all of your pins...sounds like some wires could be crossed up at the harness
