You can sleeve it, which is the most popular and add pistons, or you could buy a stroker crank from a company like crower and add rods. Either way is not going to be cheap, and will make big power.

hehehe...what you see outside doesn't determine the displacement. It's the dimensions of the bore and stroke inside.
