Default Doing your own suspension upgrade ,LCA bushing question

I've done suspension on a bunch of Civics and Tegs in the past. Every single car I've done the lower mounting bolt for the rear shock has frozen inside the LCA bushing and I need to replace the bushings. I know the bushings for the ITR are different than normal Civics or Tegs, have you guys had similar problems replacing the rear suspension on the ITR or is it not an issue. I just need to know if I should go ahead and order new bushings before I even start or if that is not nessesary. Specificly my car is a 98 ITR.

When I installed my suspension @ 17,000 miles, I didn't have a problem with bolt getting stuck in the bushing. I just had to use a screwdriver and hammer to tap it out. Comes out pretty easily. <shrug>
