1993 Honda Civic HB noise from engine

1993 Honda Civic HB noise from engine
I have a DX motor in my 93 Civic and when i give it hard excelleration i air a noise at about 4-7 rpm. it sounds like air is coming out of somwhere. I also noticed my coolent keeps running low. got any ideas?
