And so it begins......
Updated pics on Page 2
Pics of Painted radiator support and headlights on Bottom of page 2
First the required materials....
This baby cut the radiator support like a hot knife through butta....
Bye, Bye. Usdm radiator support is now gone.
Drilled out the spotwelds on the JDM radiator support from the bottom so there would not be tooo many holes on the top of the new JDM radiator support.
Everything Lined up better then I thought and now everything is cut to length and ready to weld.
We are going to weld the readiator support on tomorrow and paint it. Then he should have the hood, fenders, bumper and lip painted by Sunday. Then we will just slap everything together on Sunday.
Oh and just to add little something new
I will do a complete walkthrough of the jdm front when everything is all finished.
Thanks to B18C1_powered_Si (Brian Wong) for the JDM front end in such good condition, and JDMSpoonITR (Ken) for telling me about Brian. Also thanks to Mase cause i am following his walkthrough.
There were a few small things that were left out on Mase's walkthrough that I will be addding to mine just to make it a little more complete.
Thanks too 00-ITR-373 for selling me the Mugen S1 and thanks to B2Finity (Dennis) for hooking me up with too much stuff to list, and last but not least TJTruong (Thomas) for the rollbar to strap my harness's too. I am forever in debt.....Literally.
Also thanks to my freind Alan for getting me into cars and perfomance oriented imports.
Also thanks to IPSracing, A&J racing, jdmhondparts, and I am sure i missed alot of others but THANKS ALOT.
Oh and the 12" carsound cat will be coming in early next week so the full spoon exhaust minuse the spoon cat jack will be on and ready for review.

Everything is lining up great. I only wish I knew Brian when I was getting mine. My parts were less than perfect. Your car is coming along sweet!
I bow down.....you have some expensive goodies!! Now all you need is a nice lightweight hood to replace the heavy jdm one. I still have to get around to deciding between the J's Version 2 and the C-west.
