Default B18C5 head...

How much if any power is to be gained by having a mild street P&P on the C5 head while still utilizing the stock cams?

It would depend on the compression of the motor and the condition of the parts in the last head.

I would do it as the last mod on the motor. You have to flowbench the head to see how well it flows first - all heads will be slightly different.

For stock internals and cams with stock redline- probably minimal gains 5 hp or so.
