anyone know a ball park estimate of hp gains through porting and polishing the head?

hi, i was wondering if anyone could give me a figure for gains. I have a b16a and wont to do some work to head . . . . thanks

5-15hp. depending on how much you want to spend and who does it for you.

Try contacting ImportBuilders, JG Engine Dynamics, Portflow, or some advertisers on the board. They can tell you exactly what to expect.

Flow is a compilation of things, however, like valve size, etc... Decide on a setup, or ask them for advice.

it depends a lot on the mods you have on the car..and the motor...too much air flow can also be bad...you would be losing a lot of tq and your car would actually be slower
