Looking for bluest H4 bulbs out there?
the ones at target that are "lazer ice blue" or something like that are pretty damn blue. My friend has them.
Just keep in mind, that your visibility will be reduced, expecially on black wet asphalt.

Those PIAAs absolutely suck anus. Worthless on asphalt or in the rain.
Question: Why do you want the bluest bulbs? For looks or for better vision? Let me know and I'll help you from there.

i've got a set of piaa's and my visibility is as good if not better than oem. they don't really look blue, but if you want HID look-a-likes, go with piaa's. they have to be the closest thing to HID that i've seen so far without going broke for headlights.

Basically, blue bulbs and better vision are mutually exclusive. You can have the blue look, but you won't light up the road better than stock.
If you want whiter bulbs and you want to stay street legal, then check out the FMVSS108-compliant tinted bulbs like Philips BlueVision, Sylvania Cool Blue, Sylvania SilverStar, GE Super Blue, etc.
Otherwise, any generic blue bulb looks the same like any other generic blue bulb.
Many people think that blue bulbs offer better lighting, but the colour temperature tricks the eye into equating whiteness with brightness.
PIAA Super Plasma series bulbs are horrible. They look kinda purplish but they don't light up the road. I put a pair in my sister's car and when my dad drove it, he was complaining about it. Unless you have some auxiliary lights, stay away from those. PIAA even has some 7200K bulbs that will be really blue. Stay away from those too unless you don't really need good lighting.

If you want to look like you have HIDs, even though you can't see like you have HIDs.
To the original poster I have another question to help you on the road to englightenment. Is legality a factor for your situation? Let me know whether it is or not and I will try to help you from there.

I did all my car lights and all the lights in my house! I read that the development of HID's was a direct result of this very Crayola-vision concept. Seiously. Umm, but yeah, I had some bulbs that were supposed to look blue, I switched them out for stockers because I couldn't see ****. I still can't see ****, but that's ok.
