Default A little question on springs and the letter K

I have a EG civic...my first year of autocross.

I have installed Nuespeed Race springs from a integra with Tokico Illumins...i have a b-series swap in the car. I have two questions.

a) does anyone have any idea what the rates are for theses springs, and yes they unforunetly are progressive, but i do drive this car dilay.

b)Adding for next year isa 24mm ITR bar in the rear and a stock 21mm civic front and some 205/55/14" Khumo v700's and for brakes HP+ on Teg RS fron 10.5" rotars with teg rear discs....how do you think i will fair up with those springs....

The ITR bars are 22mm (US) and 23mm (JDM). Either one is going to be a good choice. Since you already have a swapped motor you're running in street mod - but i'd recommend you get some falken tires and work on driving/suspension work rather than jump to R-tires - the car is going to be outclassed as it is.

HP+ work fantastic for autocross... as well as carbotech Kelate Metallic. As far as rear discs... wouldnt worry about it, they dont do much for you anyways unless you wanted to upgrade them for ease of pad selection and servicing (i would).

Ditch the springs, get some coil-over sleeves and 300/400 lb springs.

why ditch those springs? do you have an issue with your current suspension performance? if you have to be told what to get, dont bother with a specific setup. theyre progressive in the rear because its otherwise a bitch during street use to have stiff springs bouncing in the rear.
