what do you guys use to treat the rubber/plastic trims around the car?

Mothers makes something called Back to Black, I think... that's what I use
after you wash it,,,,,you can see water stain on the fubber piece
wat i do is,,,, i use the stuff use to shine the dash board on it.

does armor all (assuming thats the dash stuff) treat the rubber seals as well? I'm more for taking care of the rubber and keeping it from dying/cracking more than making it look shiny.
