This is pure hearsay, but I'm on a email list specializing in V8 turbo setups and they *love* Holset turbos.

Why, the *best* list of course.

jyturbo@yahoogroups.com (in case you didn't know already).

There are a few on there who have forgotten more about forced induction than most of us will ever know. Just gotta wade through a mile of chest-deep B.S. to get to those nuggets of wisdom. But, good wisdom is never easy to come by and damn near impossible on H-T...

edit: Wait a minute! I think I recognize your email address! Could it be there is a 4th "ricer"? Or maybe you were one of the other 2 I'm thinking of...

Oh, I agree! It's just that for some reason, H-T brings out the "troll" in most of us. That's why I hang around. This place is really entertaining!

I hope you aren't talking about that hairy ape, Pikas.

Pfft, fourth?

Ricer Davis, Riceboy (Kevin) Wright, Bling-spec Todd Stough, and I suppose Neon-Rodney counts as a ricer, too. Are you claiming fifth?

lazerus: HT is staffed by fools. Go to the web-based jyturbo archives on Yahoogroups and read the last 10,000 or so posts, see if you don't agree with me.

these turbos are a secret among most folks. But they are good if you find a good one. Wathc out on E-bay...it seems the main guy sells some shitty ones now and then.

and Joseph is the Ricer God. He's just mad he can't be a Stunna like me!

Stunna,

HY35W have 9 cm^2 turbines, which measure out to be ~ .44 AR. Having a compressor that can support 450whp strangled by that hot side is the worst sort of joke.

Oh, yeah, Riceboy Kevin says his last name isn't Wright. Like I care... he wouldn't bring his Piglude or his Muffstank by Todd's house for me to look at, **** him.

hey really smart guy, the content from honda-tech comes from the users, not the staff. we may not have all the E=mc^2 brainiacs you hang out with, but we're not rice bling central, which says a lot considering the ignorance the tide washes in.

Point well made, and acknowledged.

Truth be told, a friend of mine illustrated the HT problem best... the quality here goes up and down as does that of many other boards with a huge user base. You either take the good with the bad, or don't go to such places, and any other attitude is petty and pointless.

Now that we've summed me up, you never answered me about the free man-sex with Uberteg, what's up with that?
