Default pr3 chip?

anybody know a good chip or can anyone make a chip for my pr3 so that the timing will be retarded for boost? I have been researching, and i really dont think ghettodyne will work with my car, so if anyone knows anything about chipping, please respond. also, does anyone have any files showing stock pr3 fuel and timing maps?

PR3 = unsupported platform for boost.

I've only ever seen one of those ECUs in my life, to tell the truth.

You might run a 90-91 PM6 or PR4 w/ 1 wire VTEC conversion and Ghettodyne 2.3, which should be coming out this weekend. I'm unsure if GhD 2.3 will support the 1 wire VTEC code, but such goodness is floating around.

PR3 and PW0 are both unsupported by any of the open source boost code currently available.

I repeat, utilize a PM6 or PR4 automatic ECU, or add the required parts to actuate A8 to a manual ECU, and run 1-wire VTEC code. You should be able to sell your PR3/PW0 and buy both chip burner and PM6/PR4 with the proceeds.

As an alteernative, I have 1 deg/psi retard programs for use with MAPhack/AFC hacks on the PR3 and PW0 ECUs. The .bin files are located on PGMFI under Approaches/MAPhacks.

If you're ever totally bored and feeling PR3 friendly you should make another bin but more aggressive with the timing. I feel like I'm going to be cutting myself short with a full degree taking out for each pound.

"PR3 = unsupported platform for boost."

Actually Hondata has supported the PR3 and PWO ECU for boost for 2-3 years now, fully mapped for boost fueling and ignition. Stage 2b is the minimum required + access to a tuner.

What Doug said.

Sorry, I get caught up in my own little world sometimes.

beta13, if you have your own chip burner + such hit my PMs.
