cel code 16

i am getting cel code 16.

just happened after i changed the tranny fluid. car will start but will only rev till 3300 rpm.

main relay is still good i unplugged it and heard nothing, plugged it back in and heard it click when car was turned on. really need help and advice.

i'm looking a helm's right now. it says its the fuel injectors. so try to see if your injectors are still good. could be the wiring. but i'll start there. i hopes that helps
