Sorry, I had to
Back on topic....there are SQ guys who use those Focal Subs for SQ systems. Theres an E46 with 4 up front, and a Lincoln LS with a pair (one in each door) for SQ. I would not use that driver or a 6W0 for midbass - they are designed as subs. I would also keep from using a mono midbass...that should be kept stereo...

see my post above...don't use them for midbass....
Not only are they not suited for sealed, they also can't go free-air (you want a QTS of at least 0.5 and up around 0.6 or higher is better - that focal is down at 0.36). That leaves you with a 5+ liter ported box...not very big, but something to keep in mind.

A friend of mine put a 6W04 into the factory enclosure in his M coupe. he blended in a proper mdf spacer on to it and lined it with dynamat extreme. no idea what it's tuned at but it has a lot of output and sounds alright for a sub just stuffed into the factory ported enclosure.
We did a 01 porsche 911 c4 with 3 6w08s in sealed behind the seat and under the glass, with the baffle on a 45 degree angle towards the floor. it sounded pretty sweet.
I've also heard two 6w04s in a ported box that hit 133.4 dB off real music with 100w rms per sub.
6" sub, JL audio.
