Here is an interesting situation.....
I have a trouble code #1. Primary Oxygen Sensor code.
It is a 1990 Civic Si, with an 89 Si harness. The car has a B18C1 in it.
I have replaced both 02 sensors. I've swapped the ecu(PR3). I have also ran new wires from the 02 sensors to the ecu and still have the engine light.
After I reset the computer, the engine light will come on before I even start the car. Any ideas??

check with another ecu....
maybe u can chip ur ecu so it looks only one O2...
are the O2 new?? maybe one of them its burnt....
what ecu pin outs u using for those??
