what size muffler for ek?

what size muffler for ek?
i have a 00 ek and it came with this really annoying muffler. i need to know what size muffler i can fit under there to buy one. i was looking at an apexi n1 style muffler with silencer on ebay. SIZE 3.5" tip 2.5" inlet 17.5" tip to tip long and 6" body width. will this fit? can anyone also tell me how loud this thing is without the silencer because i dont want anything too loud. thanx

i got a
apexi n1 muffler axle back
greddy B pipe
DC header
no cat (test pipe because the cat on a DX hatch is on the header and i replaced that)
2.25 inch test pipe
mine is LOUD but if i didnt have the test pipe and replaced it with a cat it would quite it down a little but not alot

Here is my Apexi N1 turbo back, and it has a highflow cat and resignator. It is still too loud for anyone that has been in my car when I hit V-TEC!! My friend Bryan has the Apexi N1, but it is the NA and it isn't too loud when he hits V-TEC. I also have a B18C, and as for Bryan he has a B16B. ;}

the stock b pipe is really small....i got a 96 hatch and i guess the owner before sucked at driving cuz i had to replace it right away....so many holes
a bigger b pipe gives you a lot of power...i think on a stock hatch
