depends on how much money you want to spend.

Bridgestone S-03's 150/tire
Yoko AVS ES 100's 80-100/tire
Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's 60-80 tire

these are all summer tires. if you need something for occasional light snow i have no idea what to recommend.

For snow, Goodyear Eagle RS-A's are decent, but dont expect them to have nearly the grip that the 3 previously mentioned tires have.

So far I think the best all-around tire I've had was the Dunlop SP Sport 5000 - handled well, lasted a decent while, fairly quiet, and didnt kill me when I had to drive in the snow.

The Kumhos are alright if you're on a budget - they're better than some more expensive tires, but you get what you pay for.

I loved my nitto nt 555zr's when they were on my car. I'd highly recommend them.

I love my SO3s but the are USELESS in even a tiny bit of snow. For all season I'd go with Toyo Proxes FZ4s

keep in mind that the more traction you have, the faster the wear on the tire. My legend had Z rated tires, which gripped pretty well for that hunk of metal, but they wore down very fast. When your paying $210 per tire for traction, you will turn slow.

my kumho's scrub in corners, but i'm happy with them. At the price i paid, i really can't complain.

though, i'm thinking about getting a different size tire, so if you all know someone who needs a set of 215/45/17's for CHEAP, holla back...

Prob get yoko ES 100's in a 205/40/17...thought the 56/tire price for another set of ecsta's is hard to pass up (@ tirerack)
