When I'm driving and turn right the car makes like a knocking sound. I looked in the book and it said something about the gear differential. It does it when I turn right or left but mainly right. I can't really tell where its coming from. Maybe the suspesion. Help please!

 

could be your cv axles.

 

I'm going to second that cv guess...get under and take a look at the cv boots to start.

 

bad axle...if the noise is only made when turning it is with the axle, if the noise is all the time, even at idle, then its a bad transmission bearing

 

i would say cv joints,, possible balljoint.
