I had never heard of it either.I do not know much about accords but I guess the first year they made them was 83.That is all I could figure out.And no it is not a brand new car.It is is great shape to be a 93 though.

1993 Honda Accord SE-leather seating and Bose stereo. The '93 SE was also available as a coupe version and (inexplicably) the sedan but not the coupe received a passenger's side airbag. A 10th anniversary LX Sedan model shared some features with the upper-end Accords, such as the dual airbags, alloy wheels and ABS. Painted Side moldings also came on the SE.

Dubs eh? 18's limit your steering in the front pretty badly, 20's will be crippling. You can go as big in the back as 22" without compromising the bed, but 17's are max for good drivability in the front. I had an S10 showtruck, so I know these things.
Dubs look horrible on an unlowered S-truck anyhow. In fact, most rims look horrible on an unlowered S-truck.

It has some special suspension. It does sit lower than most dimes. My friend has one and mine sits much lower than his.

Actually a friend of mine has 20's in the back and 18's in the front with a DJM 4-5 drop. He has no problems at all with steering. As for 22's my company has an S-10 with 22's. Btw the S-10 I am talking about is the black and red Hotwheels S-10.
