Default Neuspeed coil Identification

Ok. A buddy of mine has had a set of neuspeed coils in his garage for a while now that we are unsure what they came from. He got them from his girls brother who got them from a friend. Yadda Yadda Yadda.... so anyway the # on the coil reads H-55 74 F. Is the any way to tell what kind of car these came from? Thanks guys.

THat spring code does not exist on Neuspeeds catalog. it should be three numbers. 55.xx.xx take a look for yourself.
