Default Does the Fireball Drag???

O.k. I already did a search on this but didn't really find anything that answered myu question. Does the 5zigen fireball catback exhaust sit very low to the ground? My 00 civic EX is lowered about 2" so I don't want it to scrape all the time. I know everybody is going to suggest the greddy EVO (don't like the tip) or the Apexi Dunk (heard it rattles against the heatshield) but I really like the look of the fireball.

I had the fireball for a while and I'm dropped about 2-2.5" and I never scraped it!...and this is in the mean streets of LA! You shouldn't have any probs unless you purposely choose the steepest driveways you can find! The ***** on civics are pretty high and the fireball canister's really small.
