You can't go wrong with either Hytech or SMSP. They're the best headers out. I would go with SMSP though. Hytech is more expensive I think and I beleive the SMSP has more gains.

Give me a few weeks to get the rest of my parts in & have the hondata tuned, and I will let you know what to expect from your setup. Since mine will be similar(skunk2 stage2's, H22a4)

what a Fkn JAH! Jesus man... get off the crack, treating people like **** is not a good way to get answers.
I'd run a pacesetter header
take a coffee can and fill it with dry ice and run your intake pipe into it- that will help with colder air tems, and the water will help to keep the motor lubed properly...

Why dont you just research and read? If you decided to go all motor and think cams/springs/cam gears is all you need, then you have alot more reading to do. The Hytech/SMSP debate has been covered more than enough times, it basically comes down to preference. If you want to learn and get help from people I would suggest not coming into the all motor forum saying people suck.. There are some really smart guys in here who know there **** so sit back learn and dont talk ****.
